What Verity is
Verity provides automated property value and rent estimates from public transaction data. Estimates are for guidance only and are not a certified RERA valuation, a mortgage offer, or investment advice.
No warranty
Data can be incomplete or out of date. We show our confidence and the data date so you can judge, but we don't guarantee accuracy. Decisions you make are your own.
Acceptable use
Use the tools for your own property research. Don't scrape, resell, or overload the service. Broker API use is governed by your plan.
